In my latest attempt to achieve the perfect mix, I've birthed something that would slay even the sweatiest, E'd out warehouse rave. The tracks are crunchy, distorted, noisy, disco'y, electro. It should hurt a bit if you listen just right. There isn't much finesse involved, but the mixing is tight. The track list should speak for itself, very little downtime, absolutely no filler beat, half the tunes are filthy foot stompers, the other half are noisy fist pumpers. If you've been about the interweb recently you should know most of the tunes, I just hope some of you think the mixing is creative and entertaining.
This is my second Designer High mix and you may notice a couple (5 I think) tracks are on the last mix as well (I'm such a dooosch huh). You may also be wondering why its 2.3 and not just 2 since it's the second mix? Well I went through 3 different track lists, and thus 3 mixes, before I finally found something that really tickled my grundle.

Pipi Le Oui - Le Funky Bus
This tune is funkier than G. Clinton in bell-bottoms. I'm pretty certain this one is a flip-flop only release since Fatboy Slim will hammer that one out now and again, and last I checked Norm still lugs record crates around the world. Once you hear it you'll know the hook but you won't have any idea where you first heard it. I'm really considering emailing Pipi's people about this one...

Smith & Selway - Work It (Deetron Remix)
I know Carl Cox (aka God) and James Zabiela (aka Jesus) play Work It like its their job or something. There must be a digital release out there for us mere mortals...

RHCP - My Otherside (Benny Benassi Bootleg)
At Trancegiving I saw Oakenfold open with this new RHCP remix (which I'm rather of happy about because from then on I don't remember much). I snagged a 160kbps Radio FG rip but that shit isn't mastered and I'd have to ride the pitch like jockey to keep it in sync. It also has that annoying French Radio bitch voice during the good part, fucking frogs. I know this isn't an authorized remix but someone must know someone who knows someone....
